Jaipur: Fairmont Jaipur, an epitome of luxury and elegance is delighted to announce the appointment of Amit Sangwan as their new Director – Food & Beverage, who will spearhead the operations of all the culinary operations at the hotel.

The national award winner and person of the F&B industry, Amit comes with more than 16 years of experience and understanding of the luxury market nationally and globally. He will be responsible to oversee the food quality and costs in achieving customer satisfaction, menu planning, outlets profitability, menu planning, and business development to ensure the best hospitality experience for the guests.

Prior to joining Fairmont Jaipur, he was associated with renowned hotels like Pullman, Novotel and Leela to name a few. He has won various accolades and appreciation from the hospitality industry such as Special Recognition for Exceptional Service, F&B Professional of the Year, Finalists for Stelliers Asia & South Asia 2019 and many more.
