Mumbai: Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, the picturesque beach-property by Accor hosted an exclusive Vegan Masterclass with Chef Sebastien Kardinal, a prominent activist and culinary expert leading the international surge towards veganism. Celebrating the 20 Novotel properties in India, Chef Kardinal’s visit was part of the experiences and campaigns planned for the Novotel brand. During his India tour, Chef Kardinal will be hosting various experiences until 3rd December 2019 at Novotel properties in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata and New Delhi to showcase unique gastronomical skills.
Chef Sebastien Kardinal’s specialization lies in revising French and international gastronomic specialties and crafting their vegan versions. Guests discovered the secrets to great vegan cooking as they relished an array of delectable dishes such as Basquaise and Shepherd’s pie, Blanquette Old and Stuffed Tomatoes and more.
With Chef Kardinal’s expertise, our in-house chefs as well as our guests learned how vegan cuisine has revolutionised the culinary space. Plus Que Parfait along with Business France helped us organise the chef’s visit to showcase French vegan cuisine in the country.
