Mumbai: Messe Berlin has issued a clarification on Fairfest Media’s statement regarding injunction order against ITB India 2020.
“We are given to understand that Fairfest is attempting to create a false impression that perhaps there is an interim order restraining Messe Berlin from organizing the travel trade show – ITB India. It is our duty at Messe Berlin to correct this wrong impression. The Sole Arbitrator vide its interim order allowed Messe Berlin to conduct ITB India in April 2020. There is no injunction order issued against Messe Berlin in organizing ITB India 2020.
All signs point to a successful premiere. Four months before the event, we are very grateful with the big support from the industry. The outstanding number of bookings underlines ITB’s role as a driving force in the travel trade industry. We are convinced that India’s outbound market will continue to grow and that ITB India will establish itself as the leading travel trade event for the India market.
The list of our committed exhibitors from around the world is long: including Austria, Brazil, China P.R., Finland, Germany, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Japan, Republic of Kenya, Russia, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand, United States of America (USA), United Arab Emirates (UAE), Vietnam and many more!
With plenty of inspirations, strategies and skills up for grabs across the 3-day event, we also have incredible speakers who will take the stage at ITB India 2020. Industry experts and thought leaders from world’s leading travel brands will impart their knowledge at the ITB India Conference next year, including Accenture, Airbnb, AMEX GBT, Booking.com, BCD Meetings & Events, Cleartrip, Egencia, FCM Travel Solutions, IntelliStay Hotels, Ithaka, KAYAK, Kiwi.com, MakeMyTrip, OYO Hotels & Homes, PayPal, RateGain, redBus, Thrillophilla, TUI India, Travel Designer Group, TravelClick, Travelport, Yatra and many more.”
