Mumbai: JetPrivilege, the award-winning loyalty & rewards program and the frequent flyer program of Jet Airways, won two Silvers for the ‘Best Email Marketing Campaign’ and ‘Best Mobile Search Campaign Driven by Voice’ at the 9th India Digital Awards by The Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI). The honours were presented during the India Digital Summit held on January 17-18 at The Lalit, New Delhi.

JetPrivilege, has been known for its loyalty and rewards program through its highly-acclaimed currency JPMiles. In line with JetPrivilege’s aim “Fulfilling Aspirations Through Memorable and Rewarding Experiences”, the company got recognised for an email marketing campaign, ‘Dream Come True Contest’. This campaign was targeting the newly enrolled JetPrivilege members asking them to Set a Goal to any dream destination, post which JetPrivilege guided them with multiple ways as to how they can engage with the program to attain their Award Flight Faster. The campaign led to a 200 per cent increase in conversions and 53 per cent higher engagement with newly enrolled members in the program, benefiting the program enormously. This campaign managed to impress the jury for the category of Digital Advertising Award.

The second entry that caught the attention of the jury under the Mobile & App Awards category was JetPrivilege’s Mobile Search Campaign driven by Voice, ‘Operation Voice Domination’ that identified the use of Mobile Search to deliver value. Leveraging the insight, that voice is becoming the fastest growing means of search, JetPrivilege defined an innovative solution to marry the content on their pages to the most popular searches over Google Voice Search. The key result being, JetPrivilege saw a delightful 75 per cent increase in mobile organic click-through rate.

Award Flights are flights booked using JPMiles as a reward currency excluding taxes and carrier charges.
