Mumbai: On account of increasing spread of COVID-19 across the globe, Hotelivate has decided to postpone  HICSA 2020 to July 21 and July 23. The event was supposed to be held at Grand Hyatt Mumbai from April 1-2. This two-day conference was dedicated to the region’s hospitality sector, with emphasis on the potential growth and investment opportunities, while also addressing the major challenges faced by the industry at large.

In an official statement, Hotelivate informed: “The evolving dynamics of the spread of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) has us all deeply concerned. It is in this context that we at Hotelivate have, after much thought and deliberation with other industry leaders, decided to postpone HICSA 2020 to July 22nd and July 23rd. The venue for now shall remain the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai.”
